Inspire Team Manager

£20,000 - £24,000

This position is an exciting new opportunity for someone who has the ability to inspire, motivate and train a team to provide an excellent service to all our supporters through various communication tools.  You will oversee the development of a new team and be a part of a dynamic management team for the Supporter Experience Directorate.

You will need to be experienced in developing new initiatives and departmental processes that will facilitate effective and efficient operations.  Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills are essential as well as being able to work effectively under pressure to ensure standards and deadlines are met.  You will also need to have experience in all aspects of Microsoft Office packages, be able to provide statistical analysis and document processes in order to sustain a standard of operation that is measurable and comprehensive.
